Product Description

The Goulds 3196 i-FRAME Process Centrifugal Pump has a unique intelligent monitoring system that is guaranteed to extend mean time between failure and lower the life cycle cost. It is made with a fully open impeller, which enables the pump to a range of materials with ease, including abrasives and stringy fibers. The engineered seal chambers improve lubrication for the device and the severe-duty bearing lasts up to five times longer than regular bearings. What's more, the pump mounting system is made using a strong, rigid baseplate to prevent distortion and ensure corrosion resistance even in severe environments. The entire device is made from ductile iron, weighs 285 lbs. and measures 36x20x25. The manufacturer offers a standard five-year warranty on all i-FRAME ANSI Process Pump models.


The Goulds 3196 i-FRAME Process Centrifugal Pump can handle a flow rate of up to 7,000 GPM. It heads to 730 feet (223 meters), can withstand temperatures of up to 700° F (371° C) and pressures up to 375 PSIG. It has two engineered seal chambers, an optimized sump design, and an LTi power end for high-load applications. The monitoring system providing onboard condition monitoring makes it easy for the owner to check the general pump health with ease to catch potential problems and address them to prevent downtime. Additionally, the pump is designed to be easy to maintain thanks to its back pull-out design, external impeller, and maximum interchangeability.

Additionally, the pump has some top-tier safety features.
