MP 44216 is a Cast Iron 2CT-3 series Self Priming Centrifugal Trash Pump Pack pump end only for mounting on a motor, with 3 inch by 3 inch Ports, replacement pump end only without a Motor. The 2CT self-priming centrifugal trash pump is capable of creating vacuum sufficient to lift liquids from heights up to 20 feet above the source and only requires priming prior to its initial start. This self priming centrifugal pump features a back pull-out design and a removable front trash cleanout for easy maintenance. A 304 Stainless Steel drive sleeve protects the close coupled driver shaft. This trash pump has a removeable trash cleanout and will pass up to 1.5 inch inch solids.

For installation, optimum performance can be attained by placing the pump as close to the liquid source as possible. Secure the pump by mounting it to a foundation or base plate. Hose or pipe can be used on the suction and discharge. The suction line must not be reduced in size. If hose is used, reinforced noncollapsible type is recommended. The discharge line must be rated to the maximum pressure developed by the pump.
